Our Pomegranate Shrub is a shining star, and that’s largely because we source phenomenal fruit from Fairview Gardens Farm and Elder Flat Farm on the Central Coast of California. These farms are cultivating what we believe to be the best tasting, sweetest smelling pomegranates you can find — the fruit is especially juicy, bursting with bright flavor, sweet tasting and not too tannic or bitter.
